Instruction of use 

1. Hold the bandage so that the start of the roll is facing up.
2. Hold the loose end of the bandage in one hand.  With your other hand, wrap the bandage around your wound twice.  Be sure to wrap the bandage from the outside to the inside. 
3. Wrap the bandage around your wrist
4.  Fasten the end to the rest of the bandage. Do not use metal clips where your skin folds or creases.
