Instruction of use 
Doubled-hand operation legs bleeding
1.When arounding the legs,let the free and through the inside buttonhole
2.Back cross the tape through outer buttonhole,fix the band with friction
3.Tighten the adhesive tape,reversely tighted4.Rotating the rod,until the bleeding stopped
5.Stuck the rod with the fixed slot,then the bleeding have been controlled
