Instruction for Use

• Prepare the tape first by cutting into strips ready to use.
• Cut the ends in a curve so there are no sharp corners.
• Fold each strip of tape over at around 1/4 to 1/3 down and tear the protective backing along the line of the fold.
• Apply the tape along the length of the muscle then rub over the surface to fully activate the glue.
