Buckle Type Tourniquet is a compressing device used to control arterial and venous blood flow to a portion of an extremity for a period of time. Buckle Tourniquet is commonly used by medics and emergency first responders. Emergency Tourniquet features quick and safe releasing buckles and highly flexible belt.
