Instruction of Use

1. Stretch about 8-10 inches from the roll allowing the wrap to loosen.
2. Starting at the base of the toes/ fingers, apply one full wrap on top of the foot/ hands horizontally without stretching, lightly press the overlapped bandage to secure the base of the wrap.
3. Applying the desired tension, continue to wrap with a 50% overlay in a spiral going up until desired body area is wrapped.

When body part is wrapped as desired, tear or cut off the excess wrap.Gently press layers to secure the wrap on all windings together.
