Instruction for Use
- Prepare the tape first by cutting into strips ready to use.
- Cut the ends in a curve so there are no sharp corners.
- Fold each strip of tape over at around 1/4 to 1/3 down and tear the protective backing along the line of the fold.
- Apply the tape along the length of the muscle then rub over the surface to fully activate the glue.
How does it work?
Kinesio taping provides ongoing soft tissue stimulation after treatment prolonging the effects of physiotherapy treatment between visits. Muscles can be taped to allow relaxation and support or to promote contraction and strength depending on how it is applied. Joint positions can be corrected with skilled application. Kinesio tape is great for acute injuries easing swelling and reducing pain. Its elastic properties allow you to continue moving without the tape coming off. It is extremely comfortable and can be worn 24 hours per day for up to 3-5 days
