Application

1.Use the tapes as foam bandages for dressing wounds.
2.Wrap bandage around injury body parts, overlap layers to make sure each is smooth, avoid excessive tightness which hinders circulation.
3.Strong support bandaging and provide firm support to ankles, wrists, hands and different body parts.
4.Will not transfer even under the most adverse conditions.
 

Instruction for Use

• Clean and dry areas that need sports tape to ensure dry skin. If needed, wipe with water or medical alcohol;
• Measurement and Cutting: Cut the athletic tape to the proper length as needed.
• Before taping, appropriate plyometric stretches can be applied to the relevant muscles or joints as required. This helps reduce the risk of injury and provides support and stability.
• Apply athletic tape to muscles or joints that need support or protection, making sure to keep the tape taut when applying it, using single or multiple layers as needed.
• Check the edges of the tape and the adhering area for any slack or blisters and make adjustments to ensure that the tape adheres securely.
